Do any of you guys know about wiring voltmeters/usb chargers?
I would like to take my cigarette lighters out(someone broke the covers) and throw a round voltmeter and charger in the spots. I would like something that doesn't require me cutting into the plastic dash.
My google fu must be sucking tonight. I searched, and only found ones that were dual volt/charger in one unit.




Would it be better to get one with dual 2.1A or one with 1A and 2.1A?





I want to mount them in the round cigarette lighter spots

Thank golly its the weekend! Nothing big planned for my first Father's Day for me but going to see pops and grilling and fishing with him while he gets to hold his granddaughter. Sounds like a perfect weekend to me.


Also, @stronghammer I'm coming by your house when I get off to grab that game again! I've been feigning to play that ever since the trailer. I watch it again last night so Hannah could see it...(btw she loved watching me play that one, she loved the story line) and now I gotta play it!

I hope the weather clears up down that way! We're inbound before the sun is up in the morning. We'll also be in Mobile on Feb 21, 2019 thru the 24th staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown for the Inca ball on Friday night. But first....OBA relaxation!

 

I don't think it matters.

However, the lower amperage one will take much longer to charge a tablet. A phone should be OK.
