Weekly Photography Challenge Thread (see first post rules and then the poll at top before entering)

Plenty of other calendar type photo ops other than landscapes: babes, dogs, babes, cookies, babes, cars, babes, trains, babes. I think you get the idea.

 

Have better luck finding a decent landscape shot around here than you would finding a babe.

I get what you're saying. Guess I just need to be more creative and try harder.

I have 2 calendars in my home. One is of birds, this month is baby ducks. The other is the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club - USA and has pictures of Tollers (dogs) working in the field and water. The thought of taking a landscape shot never even crossed my mind. Took off Tuesday to work the dog down in Iowa on chukkars, last time for upland work until September now that the heat is here. And took the camera but never ended up with a decent shot I liked enough for here or to submit for next years NSDTR calendar. But I took some shots, it is the same principal as you can't get the bird without having lead in the air. Hopefully get some water work in this weekend. With the camera in tow.

 

Always wanted to get this pocture, always thought it would make a good picture. Finally found a reason to get it!!

I did one last week for the first time in awhile. Cell phone pic to boot haha.

 

Mine are rarely anything but cell phone anymore. Still only have my 55-210 for the Sony.

 

All of my pictures are with my cell phone haha

 

Could've fooled me. Camera on my phone sucks.

Course it might just be me.

I think I'm gonna go out this weekend and finally get back into the challenges! I was in Austria for some of these challenges but didn't have my computer to upload anything

It is actually...

Samsung Note 5 takes great pictures. Just sucks at everything else. Hence iPhone.

 

Flat and boring to you may be pretty awesome to someone else. Remember calendars come in all forms. This is pretty much a open week to take a photo of anything you may find in any calendar. Doesn't have to be a landscape. Remember- every week is open to interpretation of the photographer.
