Similar to the Fox gold valve? If i remember right the FOX gold valves bypass both ways

 

Kinda. The gold valve is nothing but a freebleed tube that goes both ways. With the freebleed poppets wont ever flow as much as those and are more of a one sided change

 

Giant motorsports shocks (solid shock co) are also setup with freebleed tubes too

I had a couple really good interviews today, so my free time may be running thin here shortly but we took the dogs out to the lake last weekend and had a blast, the river would be more of the same so I'm down for some prelandering. Its cool too since we could link up halfway and neither would have to go too far out of the way since there are 2 trails that go straight there, one from Sunset Point off the 17 and another from Carefree.

What extended rod end and spring rate is standard for the Total Chaos +2 kit?

 

it should be a 600 pound spring rate

 

Pick up a phone and call them instead getting a wrong answer from some dope here

Stock axle is not 35 spline...

 

I'm mid travel now with 600lb springs.

 

ok ya that's what i was thinking so to fit 35 spline need new rear end ...?

 

if you look at the pic of the kit they are using 600 pound 16" coil with a cone seat ....

 

Yeah I was just making sure. Still would like to confirm the rod end if anyone knows off the top of their heads. If not, no big deal.

 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS look are #21 it says 15mm tie-rod extension

Thanks, I guess I was not clear enough but I was asking for the rod end on the shock that is required for this kit. Not on the steering linkage.
