    - Well you'll need the 50 state version. The only difference between the 50 and 49 state models, is the 49 state has the option for custom tunes. Both versions come pre-loaded with all the same tunes.

    "So the 49 is better?"

    No, the 49 just has the option for custom settings. We can't have this in CA because a custom tune hasn't been approved by CARB.

    "Well then the 49 has to be better, it makes more power so it's better."

    We continued to go over the same thing for another two minutes before he decided he wasn't sure what he wanted :bananadead:

    I remember I used to have a friend that worked in the customer service dept at Shimano bikes.
    I used to call him about once a week and ask him fishing questions with a a different accent (Alabama, etc)
    I'm definitely not suggesting doing this with eccracer.
