I'm with you. I haven't done the signals yet but may down the road. If you're not a fan of chrome, I'm guessing you're not buying a limited. It's all over it.

The ONLY thing I liked about the limited was the leather seats. But that was before the 18 OR came with that option.

Sucks that the 17s didn’t come with leather seat.

I guess if someone wanted 4x2 or 4x4 and not CC, but wanted everything else? Not sure why tho...

The problem with getting leather in the 2018 Off Road is that it's only available with the Premium Package, which means you have to want a moonroof as well. I just got the Tech Package on my OR and did Katzkin afterwards. Much nicer than the Toyota factory leather IMO.

The Limited has a moonroof as well. I think the only way to get leather without the moonroof from the factory is the TRD Pro.

I like this hickory colored leather though...

The moonroof was a deal breaker for me. My head was resting on the headliner and I'm only 6'1.

Same here. It sacrifices too much headroom to make it a viable option for me.

Agreed, because OE leather isn't. It's synthetic. And while it's not bad, it's certainly not the same.

Even if I wanted the look, feel and smell of leather in something, I'd go aftermarket too.

I have the premium package on my 17. Thought about purchasing clazzio or katzkin seat covers since that seems to be the most popular options here.

Why’d you choose katzkin over clazzio if you don’t mind me asking? Sorry OP, not trying to go off topic here.

The Katzkin was more easily available to me.

I have had my factory covers off of the seats and inside out, to take care of the airbags, and that shit was hard as hell to sew, just like real leather. It did not look synthetic or act synthetic.

What's the point of the Sport? If you want a TRD, why not just by an off road?

Good point. Again if you buy the sport you get fewer features for the same price as a TRD Off road. Dosn’t make much sense to buy a sport unless you really want the scoop.

I think its subliminal. Toyota wants you to think "oh look, it has a cool hood, buuuut nothing else. I wants everything else and the scoop. Oh, look theres a pro..." $$$$$ ca-ching...lol

A lot of the aftermarket stuff barely leather either. The typical car owner wants none of the work that comes with having real leather anything, which why we have this coated leather. The same can be said for a lot of "leather" furniture.

I venture to say that the Limited was made for the older folks that wanted something smaller than a Tundra
