    did you find an actuator? I was gonna say if you wanted to come over and swap the one off my truck your welcome too. Don't know when you would have time but its yours if you wanna give it a shot and can find time. Cant guarantee it doesn't have water in it but it did shift out 4x4 when I got it out of the hole.

    A thing or two...
    It all depends on driving style. I'm still on all the stock pads/rotors/shoes/drums at 115k miles. I'm a manual though and downshift/engine brake to slowdown instead of using the brakes.
