I’d be more worried about the hole than the oil stuff.

That works well on Concrete. Asphalt, however, is a whole other Enchilada. It's very porous and unforgiving.

If I made it bigger, I could get at least $600 a month in rent for it.

I have a buddy doing Nursing at the University of San Francisco and it looks like he's paying $70,000 a year. Christ almighty... I only pay $26k a year for San Francisco State.

It really depends on the school. I have a buddy who went to the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana with something like $280,000 in student loans for four years of school.

Even worse, he's going for a PhD.

Yeah I'm doing a bachelors in hopefully 5 years for around 16k. Changing my major halfway through my first semester set me back but it is what it is. Not a lot of schools offer Industrial Tech/Engineering/Management (still can't decide) let alone online, so ECU is my only in state option for a 4 year. Big party school so I'm not keen on actually going there though, so online will work.

I met an Uber driver in San Francisco who had a PhD in Psychology. He told me he made more driving for Uber than he ever did for a Psychologist for the City of San Francisco.

Honestly I would avoid an online school. I have never heard good things about online degrees.

Oh it's not an online only school. East Carolina has the best Industrial program in the south east arguably. To do it online, they make you take all the hands on stuff at your local community college first for 2 years/60 hours.

Yep, totally depends on the school. I've heard that an employer would prefer someone with a 'physical' in-person University degree over an online degree.

Of course after your 2nd or 3rd job, employers can give one less shit about where you went to school.

Where I work I'm getting on the job learning so if I stay there for another year it will probably mean more than a degree in a job interview, at least compared to someone without it and just the degree. Lots of people in the field dont even go to school for it, which is why I'm considering Industrial Management to set me apart some.

I don't know if it'll help that stain very much, that oil stain has been there since 2005 and it gets worse every year. Lol.
