Even with doing what I'm doing at work with removing invasives and thinning the native, it would be hard to get enough to do what you did. Maybe some accent pieces. By the time you debark and square up a log I doubt you'd get anything longer than 24"-30" and probably 4 or maybe 5 cuts per log. Every now and then you can find a decent size tree, maybe 18" dia. at the butt. But with the curves and twists you may get a 6' center board...more likely 4' or 5' at best.

I REALLY like that, a lot. Sorry but to me that is well above Norm's style of work. More like a Fine Woodworking centerfold and David Marks or Sam Maloof. Fantastic and well done!

PSA Costco has Prime grade bone in Ribeye on sale today and tomorrow for $13 a pound. Surf and turf tomorrow to hell with the heat.

Picked up some Ribeye capsteaks for today. Under a heat advisory until 7 PM tomorrow. WTH might as well wait until warms up just a little more later today to light fires :goingcrazy: I did pick up some beer to help, first ones in a long time

Great Saturday so far! No side work. Scrubed blue down, she is shinning! Did the same for Amanda's Rav. Retired neighbor stayed with me the entire time, conversation flowed. Second bout of cancer took his wife several years ago. We are the all American neighbors to the tee!

Wife said it’s the worst she’s ever seen! A chemical induced nap is advised. Triple antibiotic after quills are pulled. Good Luck!
