Truck is 6 weeks old, yet the buttons look like they’ve been through a lifetime. Weird? Normal?

Do you live in a hot area? I know I my old pos ranger had buttons disfigured by heat. Top of the cab would get the hottest...

18s have an A Trac button? You must have a manual?

It looks like something got on them. You clean the inside of your truck with anything?

Yes manual, I’d have it no other way.

And I recently cleaned with armor-all cleaning wipes, but this doesn’t seem like that. It almost like the top layer of plastic peeled off.

Mine is a 17...I've had it over a year in the hot desert southwest and my buttons don't look like that. Something is wrong somewhere.

Sunscreen will screw up some plastics. Any chance of that getting on them?

Under warranty - can ask dealer to replace. Then worry about what they broke during the replacement!

Well the apparent "peeling" is not there today, though it would not rub off the day I took the pic. Weird condensation pattern? Don't know.
