    And you can get the loaded tongue weight figured our too.....

    We did this on the teardrop. I like knowing how much I'm towing and how much weight in putting on the truck....

    Sounds like you would love an rPod 180. We just bought one. Dry weight is 2,750. The 180 has a front queen bed, a full dry bath in the rear, and a slide out kitchen with 3-way Dometic fridge, convection oven, etc. It's great for two people.
    The rPods are 20ft and can be easily pulled with a V6 Tacoma.

    Liked, but I vote for a 179. Wet bath, rear kitchen (plenty of counter space) slide is dinette and fridge/microwave. A little heavier 2900# dry.

    RPOD def sounds like the right neighborhood. Best bet hot a dealer up and check a lot of different ones out as well. In my signature I have a link to my build thread on my RPOD so you can see what a 177 model looks like.

    Didn't like the wet bath of the 179. Too cramped, plus you have to wipe everything down after a shower or it will mildew. The 179 has the grey and black tanks several feet apart and you must use hoses with different diameter couplings. The 180 you can use one hose as both tanks empty from the same location. The water tank is in the back on the 179 and if full can sometimes put too much weight in the back. The 179 only has one window on the passenger side, where as the 180 has nice big windows on each side. If you've got kids the 179 is better but it didn't work as well for us as the 180.

    Both are nice but we liked the 180 better. The 190 is also nice.

    No offense meant I was just kidding. My first nights in the camper were in the back yard. Everything went great until the smoke alarm went off and scared the crap out of the dog. My camper is rather tiny.

    It's cool though, glad to see relatively small ones. We're cramped in ours, but that's cuz 3 people and 2 dogs. We're outside 90% of the time anyways. That's why we all camp!

    :thumbsup: absolutely but you know mine is small. No bathroom, no kitchen, and when you fold the bed out it's the entire interior. Really about the only thing we do in ours is sleep thank God for awnings.

    It’s nice, stayed in it pretty much all of May, gotta do some stuff to make it better, like flip the axle, but it works.
