    Looks like it turned out pretty good to me! So what did you think?

    I tried to keep it light tonight. Tomorrow will be a different story :p But it is pretty much the only thing I ate today.

    Prime Ribeye Capsteak wrapped in 2 pieces of bacon. With Montreal Steak Seasoning after the sear. Grilled onion slices on some hippie grown artisan Romaine lettuce. With avocado oil and Montreal Chicken seasoning also grilled.

    I'm glad you liked it grilled, my favorite way of cooking them.

    Didn't get any lobster today. But did get a 2.5 lb. bone in Prime Ribeye. Salmon, scallops, and shrimp are thawing in the fridge. It may just be an all day medieval glutton fest :rofl:Except T-Storms are supposed to start in an hour and go through Sunday night. I need a covered deck. And larger garage. With 3 phase 220. And a whole bunch of old cast iron equipment in it ;)

    Did have it ground, down to the ground. I'm tired of having sink holes open up when the remnants rot away. I've burned this thing 4 times now, I think and it is much farther underground now, but I want more of it gone.
