Get you a muffin pan. Crack 12 eggs in a bowl. Add 6-8oz of cheese, some spinach, tomatoes, jalepenoes, mushrooms, or whatever else you like. Mix it all up. Spread it about your 12 muffin holes. Bake it at 375 for 15-20min when they are nice and golden on top. Eat with hot sauce, salt, ketchup. I eat 3-4 for breakfast everyday  Probably 140cal each and you just microwave it for like 2min. I cook them every 3-4 days and it takes like 20min total to prep and cook. Don’t substitute food with supplements :muscleflexing:

That sounds pretty good actually, about how many do you make and how long do they last you through the week?

I do that every 3-4 days depending if I’m eating 3 or 4 per day. 12 total at a time (the amount of slots in my muffin pan). My usual plan is 3 per day but I’m about to up that bc they are better than anything else I
eat. I’ve had cheat days mixed in where I skip it or whatever to make room and I’ve kept them in the fridge 5-6 days and they are still fine when I get around to eating them...

When did I say I don't lift? Not sure why you're baiting me so hard tho, stay slo? Just came here to ask for protein shake advice, not why both running and working out is good or not, try to keep up

Eggs are crucial to a diet, find a way to stand them - There is a million ways to prepare as a good suggestion mentioned to you earlier. If you are looking for a quick shake that is good. I have always loved a chocolate protein shake with peanut butter and a fresh banana blended together. Quick and delicious. Wish I could still eat those, can't wait for bulk season again! Hah

Down to 2.5 weeks left. This last stretch is getting tough on the energy levels, diet changed again introduced more carbs back to a 3 day rotation low mid high carbs.

    Still holding at about 200#

This isn’t much compared to a lot of you....

After totally bombing my max bench attempt yesterday I went in little disappointed to try my max deadlift.

Three months or so ago I managed 365. Today I completed a goal (four plates) and got 415. Almost made up for the horrible bench. :D

Don't beat yourself up, not many are stronger than that, let alone that strong. And strength is irrelevant. Keep up the hard work and keeping plugging away at those goals. Always keep in mind form is more important than getting that goal.
