My first thought with a descriptor of "chirping" is throw out bearing. And often you won't hear it at higher speeds, so it fits with the 30-35mph remark.

Thanks Jon! I’m new here and I appreciate the help! I was wondering why his name wouldn’t pop up.

Yup, classic throwout bearing chirp. Very common with the Tacoma manuals. Mine's done it since day 1, replaced the clutch and the throwout bearing and 10k miles it started up again with the new one. Most people including myself just learn to live with it, I dunno what the 'fix' is other than replacing it with something better. But you might as well replace the clutch when you do as it all comes out anyway.

Very rare that the throwout bearing actually fails...the chirp is just annoying. Mine comes and goes.

I had something similar happening when I first did the clutch but it has since went away, throwout bearing is the most plausible explanation

Lucky, would love to do mine but can't here in CA. Well...doesn't stop most people but I've been ticketed for it before and had to get it removed. Lame

My clutch slave cylinder has developed a squeak when I release the pedal (without engine running). This isn't the infamous clutch pedal bushing problem, I can hear it coming from the slave cylinder when I work the pedal with my hand. Anyone want to speculate what it means? Is there slave cylinder maintenance I'm lacking on?

Could just need some grease in between the shift fork and piston. They're easy to rebuild an fairly cheap to replace.

I have the design and all the materials to my by DIY batwing awning. Just not enough time to fab and install it. The only thing i havent found/designed is the bag to zip/snap over the whole thing. Post pics of your build if possible. PM me if you would like to see screen shots of my design. Good luck!
