778F98A4-57FB-4EEC-BBAE-988E80DB73EB.jpg I broke down and bought an 18 Sport! Pretty much Wow! I’ve had them all and nothing compares! Toyota really is going that extra mile! My biggest reason for
The upgrade was that my 16 DC SR with the 2.4 wasn’t cutting it! Wanting the V6 led me to the sport! Great truck! Handling, power, suspension. The ride is miles above the past Tacomas! I ended up owing about 25k.. hope this helps anyone trying to make the decision... later yal!

Love the front end on the late 2nd gens. If they could’ve incorporated that into the 3rd gens, oh boy:bowdown:

Congrats, you should notice a little more power over your old SR.

I couldn’t agree more. The perfect truck would be the second gen with third gen interior :D:eek::thumbsup:

Enjoy your new truck and let us know what you add to it. Oh, yes you will be doing some mods... it can't be resisted but it's all good and part of the joy of owning a Tacoma.

Congratulations on the new truck! I just noticed the rear "TRD Sport" sticker appears to be different on the 2018s.

It depends on the exterior color of the truck, and also if you have 4wd or 2wd.

Oh that explains it. They must be pretty rare because I don't think I've ever seen one on the road that isn't a 4x4.

    stock (for now)
Probably will be incorporated in the 3.5 gen it seems Toyota takes old designs and just modernize it a little bit at least from what I noticed.
