Have you checked torque on LCAs? Cams? Sounds like metal on metal.

clean and lube the slide pins on the calipers? mine made a noise exactly like that until I cleaned and lubed them...pads would get caught on the slide pins and "pop" free making the noise I assume
    worth a shot

Edit.... Nvm, I thought you were talking about the two pins securing the caliper. Ill have to clean out the slider pins and see if that works. thanks.
Was your noise only when coming to a stop like this? Now that i think about it, it makes the noise once I'm almost stoped and i let off the brake a little. so the pins might be the culprit.

But its not so much when the weight shifts. the truck is pretty much stopped and weight has been evened back out, at idle speeds and it pops. there is no noise under heavy breaking when the weight is really thrust forward.

If its not the brakes... could be the carrier bearing!

Nope. Feels firm still. Same amount of minimal play as the day I brought it home

My brakes are making that sorta cracking sound. Like the pads are bouncing around. Started after I had a state inspection at the dealer. I assume they partially dis-assembled my brakes to check for pad wear. After that there was some sound from the brakes if I was going slow enough on a side street, just tap the brakes and listen while coasting. I get a clicking sorta chatter sound. Noticeable but not annoying ..... yet.

The carrier bearing issue WAS annoying. Like a basketball in the bed rolling around.

not only when coming to a stop, i noticed it when backing out of the driveway and as i would put it in drive then ease forward and turn the wheels it would make the noise also

Do you have any play in the tie rod. Mine just went out. But I also have the brake noise click/clank sound.

No play in anything. It’s all solid. I’m hoping it’s the brake blade pins. Gonna checkthem out this weekend

Check your skid plate! I had the same issue, turned out to be my skid needing to be tightened up.

I had a similar issue too. It was my skid plates doing weird shit.

Check your steering rack. Mine was loose and made a loud noise every now and then.
