    Update:

Toyota corporate told us to fuck off. They sided with the dealer. They aren’t going to eat the labor. So the 4Runner that we were considering is now out of the question. Fuck Toyota. We’ll buy something else. We’ve had nothing but bad experiences from the get go but kept sticking with it because we liked the truck in general. But that’s ridiculous and the last straw.

    /vent rage session

Now to do some day drinking and romp around in my car some.

We’ve spoke a time or two. But I don’t want to get his dealership on the hook for the failures of 3 others near me. He’s a good dude. But I don’t think I want to drag him into it. Because I’m simply not owning another vehicle from them.

I’m just going to look online and see what guys have done to fix it without the parts replaced. I recall a thread over it.

how many miles do you have on the truck? The TSB is only covering 3 years to 36,0000 miles.

We took it in long before the warranty was up. Back then we kept hearing “sorry we can’t replicate it” even after showing them a video of the noise.

I sold my street bike and my enduro and I’m only down to my Grom. Glad you took the MSF course, they can teach you a lot if you are a new rider. Be safe and do not trust other drivers. That’s a pretty good started bike and you will have some fun on it

KTM Duke. Have ridden sport bikes for years, need something a little slower, but still fun. How are you liking your bike so far?

Crosslink is good, they’ve done all my stuff from my current truck and last. What build are you doing?

I’ve only been around the block a bunch of times...haha I love it though. My buddy rode it home for me, and he had a sport bike. Said he loved it. Now he wants one. I’m very happy with my purchase.
The KTM Duke is a sweet lookin bike.
