    we call it ponhause. when u butcher a hog you have scrapmeat in a kettle and cooks up a brooth. add flour and cornmeal and pour in to foil cake pans.put in frig. the fat jells and then you slice and fry. crispy on outside creamy on inside. just pure pork flavor. kind of like a palenta

    Yep go to class first weekend of the month have plans on some one on one with the guy who does the classes to use his knowledge and mine over doing joints etc in blacksmithing vs olde school metal working joints some are similar some aren't . Only thing I have to pull the trigger on is buy or build my own gas forge and small coal rived forge.
