Bought some of the thick ones, as I wanted to make sure they did not ingest them. I posted a video a while back

I think I have more pictures of my cats then I do my kids. haha Don't tell them. This is when Coco was young. She is still super sweet and affectionate. Total lover cat that is always up in your face.

These two wouldn’t leave me alone while I was eating. Probably because I was having crab mac & cheese.

I relented and allowed them to clean the plate.

Turns out this was a pretty good pic illustrating the size differences between Harry (left) and Ollie.
Only a year apart or so but Ollie is a Moose compared to Harry!

My wife has a little box on her vanity with various hair thingies in it, and Pumpkin (RIP) used to open the lid, spend minutes picking something out to play with, then close the lid and have at it. We still call it the "toy box". Because the lid was always closed my wife assumed that she was forgetting to put things away...then we caught Pumkin in the act. It was so cute we just let her keep doing it.

Hi thanks for checking in. The last couple of days have been pretty good actually. Showing some interest in food but we did have 1 eat and purge event. We really got freaked out that it could have been the same thing all over again but nothing since then. It might have been that she ate more than her system could handle.
The pathology report basically indicated that it is a case of IBD but the vet said all that means is they don’t know what caused all of this. Could be s sudden food allergy, bacterial or parasite and it just shows as IBD. He said if the symptoms start to flare up he wants to start her on steroids but had to wait till she heals a little more. Staple are scheduled to come out on Friday- 2 weeks. She just came and spooned up against me, purring up a storm, so we’re both really happy right now. To all the cat lovers out there, happy kitty dads day.

Thank you and the entire cat loving TW community for caring so much about our little girl. Hope you didn’t spend too much time being concerned about her.
I really did try to minimize the amount of discussion I had about her within this thread as I didn’t want it to be all about her every day. I sure appreciate everyone rallying around her by just asking how she’s doing and sending well wishes along the way. This week will really give us a better idea of what’s in store for her but right now things are looking positive for us. Even though she’s a little princess shes definitely tough and a real fighter.

I’m doing the same thing. I see my cats and I can’t help but to think of Suki.

Good to hear she is making forward progress. She’ll probably be so happy to get the staples out. Happy kitty dads day to you too!

Still have this one who's about 7 years old. She's always been pretty shy and skiddish and doesn't like being picked up and only sleeps with you when she wants.

And about 2 weeks ago, we got this little one from my gf's uncle who found her and 2 brothers in a box in the park with no mother. The vets estimated her to be about 5 weeks old and weighing in at 1lb 4oz. She's a wild one but she goes lights out in an instant and is a huge cuddler. We ended up naming her Bella. 062B319B-A40E-40A9-9AB3-4C9D18F51670.jpg142A08EB-ABC1-4F4D-BF78-014025F356C8.jpg

Ok- funny story I have to share really quick. A few weeks before this whole Suki thing happened we had taken Amos to the vet for a runny eye. So when wife took Suki to the vet when this first started, the vet said “how’s amos doing”? My wife lifted up sukis tail, looked at her buttle and responded “it looks fine”. The vet said “no I was asking how’s amos”. Needless to say she was totally embarrassed. Honest to god... true story.

Some of her uncle's friends came by and adopted them. Bella was the last one to go.
