    Hello,

I have one set of 1.0in tall seat spacers available. They are shaped to match the trim cover. You can see them installed on the passenger side of my Taco here:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-3rd-gen-today.399305/page-4080#post-17398745

This is the set that I have ready to send:
    IMG_20180517_082025.jpg

I increased the hole diameter to 16mm to allow adjustment to align with the trim cover.

You'll need to paint them and get some longer bolts.

I only have one set and will not be making any more in the future. Cost for all four is $27 including USPS flat rate shipping.

    Have a good one,

    tony

Thanks, but each one is an 6hr print since they have to be solid for strength. I do have two simple 1.0in tall round ones available for the cost of shipping ($7.20 for USPS):
    IMG_20180316_184644.jpg

Also, I attached the files if you'd like to print them on your own. This is the earlier version with the 12mm hole. I have a newer version with the simple change to a 16mm hole, but it is on another computer. This allows you to adjust them to align with the trim piece. The CAD files are in there to edit or do what you want with them.

awesome thanks!! i know nothing about 3d printing. time to do some reading. i think ive heard that theres an online service that you can submit your 3d file and theyll print it for you.

the mold that matches the trim cover is exaxtly what ive been looking for. thanks again!

    No problem!

    There are websites like this:
    https://www.xometry.com/

You can get a print quote by uploading the file. Picking solid ABS, it looks like about $80 each! This is one of the reasons that making them is not really a thing for me. It is not a fair price, but it takes a lot of machine time to make. A member asked me for a set then backed out, which is why I posted them here at the price that I promised.

Look around locally. Places like tech schools and community colleges have print labs these days. If you take the file along, they can probably print it for cheap. Maybe just the cost of material? Material is about $20/lb, which is about what a set of these weigh.

Thanks! I've certainly received a lot of help from folks here. I'm happy to repay it as best that I can.

The three files in that attachment are all the same shape, just different formats. The only change that I made was the hole diameter. Someone with Fusion360 can edit the f3d file. STEP is a universal file standard for CAD. It can be edited also. The STL file is a 3D printing format that cannot be edited easily.

And! I apologize that I am slow on the uptake this week. I just remembered that I had a license of Fusion 360 on our old, slow home computer. Here is another attachment with the larger hole (my latest version). Sorry about that!

Remember to print these with 100% infill. You want them solid.

So I hate to post in a sold thread but I'm curious as to what these are used for? Thanks.

To replace the power seats in Tacomas! :D J/k. Some people need to raise the seat higher.

Not sure if this is ok to post or not, but I recently got a 3D printer and would consider printing some of these. OP @tonered, you ok with that?
