The little turbo taco had more power than truck, couldn’t get it to hook up in a straight line let alone push it through corners. He was talking about doing a two link with a panhard bar in the rear. It will probably do well with some serious sway bars.

It's a coat s anything will help cause concrete tends to let cold in any sealer will work as long it's for concrete

I'm pretty sure the paint will get into the pores of the concrete and prevent moisture from wicking up into the wood floors. From my understanding you want a barrier any time wood and concrete meet even for studs

They also make a special type of underlayment for wood floors over concrete similar to carpet padding

You probably have a slab on grade foundation. Underneath your concrete slab is most likely going to be a vapor retarder which inhibits water from coming up through the concrete. (Concrete likes to wick moisture) On the interior side of slab there doesn't need to be anything but you can put things down to help raise the Rvalue or do fancy shit like electric floor heating.

I would imagine that would depend on when the house was built?

I assume you're meaning the vapor barrier. Most houses that were built before vapor barrier was code used pier and beam foundation. Nowadays its almost always slabs.

Make sure you let the hardwood sit in the house for a few days so it adjusts to the temp/humidity before laying it down.
