I have been trying to do some research on the Bilstein 5100s. I was wanting to know what adjustment would be an appropriate setting for the rears if I do them all the way around?

I saw the chart with the postings for all the generations and for my truck I see the setting at 1.75 in the fronts, but I have not seen anything for the rears??? I have been told to do a 1 inch spacer in the rear, but I would rather not do spacers based on what Im using the truck for, which is hunting. Would anyone know what the setting is for the rear?

You don't "set" the shocks in the rear. The fronts have coils which sit on a plate on the shock body; hence people saying "set it on notch 1, 2, etc." in the rears your options for lift are blocks, as you stated, AAL (add a leaf), or a new rear leaf pack.

Ok, I appreciate the info! Ive never had to lift or level a truck, so any info helps me out. What would you suggest as far as Notching depth and AAL vs NRLP and keeping the truck close to level as possible? Along with keeping the ride stable and not to bouncy or stiff?

I would get a different set of springs set at "0" instead of using the stock coils set at 1 or 2

Below is a good guide using OME springs.

I have 5100s set to "0" with 885 coils up front. Icon progressive AALs and 5100s in the rear. Truck lifted close to 2" and perfectly level. Took out the OEM helper springs in the rear.

Ride is night n day better than stock Sport suspension.

If you going to add blocks may as well do it right and add AAL's instead.

Awesome! I think I may go the same route. Would you happen to have the part number for Icon Progressives?
