That sounds like a pretty sweet deal. The only con is the 10k cap. What is the Msrp on the truck?

Do you really drive less than 10k in 36 months, if so that seems cheap (probably because of the fucked low cap). I drive 10 every three months or so that's out

Not a bad price, but try to get at least a 12K plan.

As I mentioned in your other thread on the same topic, all the rest of the contractual factors are just as important as the monthly payment.

    Again, you don't describe those.

You claimed $250/mo in the other thread, now $270. What happened?

Just be sure everything is set so you don't get hosed at the end of the term. Most leases that turn out badly are because the focus was too much on the payment, and not enough on the rest of the contract.

But personally, I think you don't really want advice. In your mind it's a done deal.

You just want our affirmation. Which in itself is a red flag.

    Good luck!

Didn't get the answer you wanted to hear in the other thread so you figured you would ask again, huh?

After reading the other posts in this thread, sounds like you should jump all over this.

FYI, I have never leases and don't know much about it.

hopefully what you posted is 10k per year for 30k on the life of the lease.
If it is 10k total over the 3 years , walk away. That is 3,333 miles per year. I'm retired and still drive about 7k per year in a small town

The question is do you drive less than the lease mileage? If not, the penalty for driving over can be costly.

Take the last 3 years and figure out how many miles you drove. If it more than 30k then you are fucking yourself. Pretty simple.

    This.
Renting a car for 10k miles, 3 months for me, so I can't even imagine driving anywhere near that in 3 years, no way.

Will you buy it at the end of the 3 year lease and what will your residual payoff be? What will the total be that you will pay over three years plus another loan to pay it off, Plus any mods you put on it you will not get that back unless you take them off..just asking...

    Do you need a truck?

I mean if you are hell bent on leasing a vehicle, lease a Hyundai they seem to usually have very good deals on a lease.

I probably would have leased mine when I got it as I like new vehicles, but I didn't have a steady income at that time. In hindsight I'm glad I purchased it out right.

I was one of those in the other thread. Some of us (me) are just super bitter about having to stick in a lease again for 30 more months, but I think you are definitely getting a good deal. Good luck!

as long as you are okay with always having a payment for a vehicle..i would personally pay it off then invest that money...just my opinion, good luck...

Had my 17 since Nov 2016, it has around 16k on it now so 30k is do able, but it's not easy.

If you are an outdoors type of person, or may be want to drive to other states and far away motocross venues, you will feel gelded by that lease. If you don’t mind paying money to mostly sit in a truck worrying about driving over the 10K/Yr mileage, then $270 a month sounds like a good deal. My son did the same thing with a Tundra and now hates it as he cant take his truck camping very far from home. I invited him on our recent Death Valley and southern Utah trip, and he was like :pout: because he had to sit in the back and leave his truck home.
