It's almost surely an SR5 with a sport hood. The bumper and grille are SR5 specific. Nothing I can see is from an offroad.

Thats an Sr5, no turn signal indictators, center grille, sr5 badging. Someone added a sport hood, sr grille surround and a trd sticker in the back.

Yep, some SR5's have the premium head unit or so they called it, they also had an option for the rear sonar, very rare though, but there's a few out there.

 

I'd look up consumer protection laws. They lied to you, but I'm no lawyer, so I'd get advise from someone who knows your options.

 

I got that too. Didn't have it for long thanks to be waterfall.

 

What we do know however. No sport or off road come with knobs up top. So we can say for sure it's an SR5.

 

Mine has the stupid navigation that you have to connect to your phone.

 

That’s an SR5, bud. The factory badge behind the door (HIGHLY unlikely someone would put that on a higher model), SR5 grill, no turn signal mirrors, and no locker all point to the aforementioned. I’m not 100%, but I think the bumper lip is only color matched on Sport and up, too. My SR5 has the same black plastic and wind guard beneath.

It’s easy to slap a sticker on the bedside and swap the hood, my money is on SR5

I am pretty sure you have a truck of various models. My guess is some one built it on the web site and never picked it up. Just a possibility. I would definitely go and ask the sales guy wtf?
