do you know what rating those coils are that came with the kit? 500 or 600lb (or higher?)

 

Also got a light bar installed

 

Im pretty sure there 500lbs im not to sure but man the ride is beyond factory

If there is still cutting, it'd only be on 98-00, which have longer frame horns than 95-97 and 01-04. So on your '01, you won't have any cutting.

 

You guys were right, they’re nowhere near the clutch pedal. Not sure why WeatherTech’s website says for automatic only. That’s a good way to lose business.

 

My guess is liability. Remember that whole pedal fiasco that Toyota had to go through?

I had to order my Weathertech mats for a 2001-2004 S-Runner. Apparently they don’t advertise it working for 1995-2000 trucks.

 

You need to watch and make sure they don't slide forward.
The problem with them is your throttle peddle will get hung under it when you mash it to the floor, has happened to me several time.
When it happens remember to turn the key off and stop and fix it.

 

My mats came with an anchor to use, all 1st Gens have a metal grommet in the driver’s footwell than you can attach a tether to.

 

I am aware of that, it is on the back-left and the mat will turn has happened to me a few times

 

Ah. I have those WeatherTech digital fit ones that are contoured to the floor pan so they’ve never moved on me.

 

Mine also came with the anchor, it’s good day one but I’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the heads up.
