It is possible that the VIN or dealership system is messed up. Even their system might have had it as an offroad

I had a Toyota Corolla S Premium but the dealership system said it was just an S but it had distinctly different features and options over a regular S.

My VIN for my Tacoma also says its a Pro...its not.

 

Mine Is definitely a LIMITEDSPORT that goes offroad.

I'd say it's an SR5, but you probably already knew that since your first post here in February mentions you just got a 2017 SR5.......

 

He mentioned it had badges that read sr5. I don't suspect it's a troll post. Not everyone understands the packages these trucks come in right after buying. Otherwise, we wouldn't have so many threads asking the differences.

I suppose but why say it's an SR5 then when the salesman supposedly told you it was the off road? Just seems a little odd to me, if I were told I bought an off road I wouldn't be asking about mods for my SR5, would you?

I like it. I just hope op didn't pay TRD prices for an SR5. Not like that's rare around here, but still. Add a power slider to the rear window and he is set IMO.
