I will likely try that before I try drilling anymore.

I would pull off the entire hub including rotor and wheel, then drill the studs out from the backside. Drilling the studs from rim face side is lunacy

I will not be driving it tomorrow. Maybe around the block real slow just to try to get them to work loose a little so I can back them out. Maybe even just a 20' stretch in the driveway to see. No roads. Thank you for your concern though. Youre too kind.

You won’t be able to do that....can’t get the hub off without getting the axle off. Can’t get the axle off without getting the wheel off.

Its a spacer. Not the lugs on the rotor.

Dremel and a shit load of cutting blades? And a few of the diamond tip drill things not sure the actual name. Kinda grinds and drills at the same time.

Definitely going to invest in a good set of bits and spring loaded punch tomorrow. My best punch right now is a screw driver ground to a point.

Still I would mark the centers of the spacer lugs and drill them out from the backside. Use a drill bit bigger than the studs and you can still get it done with no damage to the rims... are the nuts on the rear end f!@#ed too?

I cant get to the back of them. The back of the spacer lugs are bolted to the rotors which are still attached to the truck.

You can if you pull of the hub assembly, drill off the factory lug heads, the pull off the rotor, then drill through the spacer

Idk what the back side of the flange of the hub looks like, but u might be able to grind the head of the stock lug stud off and pound it out the same direction as the lug nut.

Thats drilling 12 studs and yanking my whole hub assembly though. Id rather only drill out 5 from the front side and not have to rebuild the knuckle.

These are spacer studs. Can't get to the back.
My only thought is that you gotta split those nuts somehow.
