I agree with the socket and hammer method, the only thing I would try before that is if you have a way to heat them before hammering the socket over the lug nut. Just try and give yourself every advantage at this point. Or lots of pb blaster before trying to work them off.

Well I cant say that I have been very "entertained" but it is what it is. Ill get it fixed and share my process. Its hard to gain wisdom without royally fucking up here and there.

Another thing that came to mind, which admittedly doesn't make much sense is to drill two holes 180* away from each other and try a pin spanner or even two tiny dowels and spin it off that way.

This is the last thing I would attempt doing. Carrying a wheel, hub assembly and CV axle into a machine shop and asking them to somehow make it fit on their drill....doesn’t seem too logical man...

You need the wheel off to pull the axel. You would need an insane machine / custom bit to reach over the length of the axel. Your method doesn't seems to make much practical sense to me.

Don't be hard on yourself, we've all done something that we aren't willing to post on here. I commend you for seeking help! I wish I could be of help but have never faced a situation like this

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Do you have a large step bit? All you need to do is drill just enough to get the shoulder off. Then the wheel should come off and you won't mess up the inside of the wheel...just a thought:notsure:

No....the axle doesn’t. You’ve got an axle nut on the outer side of the hub.

not at all. Just trying to get my point across, of what I would do in the OP's position of getting out of this mess without destroying the rim. In summary:
    -remove center cap on rim
    -remove dust hub cap
    -remove axle nut
    -remove caliper
-remove hub assembly (4 bolts) with the wheel attached to it
-bring the wheel-spacer-rotor-hub assembly to machine shop
-have them drill off the 6 factory lug heads
    -remove rotor
-drill off the remaining 6 lug heads in the spacer

that is all. has nothing to do with his axle and can easily be done with a drill press or even hand held drill and avoid damaging the rim.

I appreciate the thoughts. I really do. I have done this before on a different truck for different reasons. My memories tell me I dont want to do it to this truck. At worst, I am out $130 bucks for a new rim. I really think I can get the studs drilled out with no damage to the rim. I like that youre thinking and appreciate you sharing your ideas. I am going to go a different route though. Cheers to you too.

I see where you’re going. Most the wheels don’t allow for the dust cover to be removed without the wheel being off, the wheels pinch the dust cover to the hub.
