Moderators and @tcBob, just make @ChadsPride the official Tacoma World Mascot/Spokesperson/Friendliest Guy.

Or at least bring him into the inner sanctum and make him a mod. It was mentioned that finding "quality" moderators was an issue. I don't see how when you have this guy waiting in the wings. Then again, he still has a Tacoma and that may or may not be a disqualifier.

Found it googling stuff about my new truck and decided to join. Never joined any others except for a bass fishing site. This one has it all and its easy for us non computer types to navigate.

 

I heard a rumour that @tcBob owns a 3rd gen Tacoma, but just the mention of this will probably result in a permaban.....

 

Honestly, the user interface. TacomaWorld has one of the most organized, easy to use, and well designed forum designs I have ever seen in my life.

Most forums online use the same template and it’s usually hard to read, navigate, and decipher. I have yet to come to another forum that’s more organized than this one.

 

Glad I'm here. I've been on many forums over the years that turned to shit shows. The moderators here do a fine job preventing that from happening.
All the folks I've met have been A-OK in my book and I hope to meet many more.
This site is the best resource for our trucks and other interests..

It changed forum software in late 2014 or early 2015 and some user data wasnt retained but all the posts are there, just not indexed as yours even though they totally are and can still be deleted or edited if you wished. Just means you have to find em manually.

 

I was researching Tacomas to see if I really wanted to get one. TW keep popping up in Google so I came here and read up on how terrible the 3rd Gens were. I couldn't wait to go buy one and have loved the forum (And my 3rd Gen) ever since.

 

Glad we got that all cleared up.

I'm a little concerned about the optics of such a male-dominated moderation staff on this family-oriented site. I mean right now, there are zero women on staff. Have you considered adding at least a token female moderator, like @ChadsPride ?

 

So is that mustache real, or not, Jerry Action Pants?
