Saw something I'd hoped I'd never see again. GSD in a pickup bed-he was leashed to the bed rack and trying to get out of the bed. I sure hope he didn't hop out while driving. :(

I saw a guy a few months ago with his dog standing on a tool box no lead or anything while driving down the road. I could never let my dog hangout in the bed free like that while I was driving.

Nor could I. I was afraid that poor dog would hang himself and the driver wouldn't even know.

I'd be so paranoid watching my dogs that I'd probably just rear end someone.

    Wow that must hurt.

So do you pull them out or does the Vet have to? Do the quills have barbs on the ends?

    Yes
    Yes maybe
    Yes :D
We did it. It would’ve cost a grand to get the dogs to a vet. Wife worked for a vet and had been a breeder for almost 40 years:anonymous: so they’re doing fine now.
