    @Biscuits showed me Washingtons site for emissions. We dont need to have ours checked. Long tube equal length is best. I'm still going to run 1 cat. If your afr is correct it's doing no harm anyway.

    yea, afr sits at 14.7 (3 digit selection) cruising.

    I am registered in NC and heading back that way so I think I need something in there for emissions unfortunately. . . .

    If they only plug into your obd2 port you wont have any problems.

    No secrets here... Similiar to the APR Design but fits my 4x4 xrunner. Since installing this exhaust system probably 7 years ago I eventually installed some high flow cats at equal length. Always had 2 mufflers in my catback.

    Thanks for sharing. Anything equal length is of course better than unequal. I thought about doing mine like yours and its strikingly similar to the URD Spec-U system he no longer sells.
    When I set out to do mine I researched and even purchased exhaust software to determine optimal diameters and length. What you see in the pic I posted is ideal for 2200 to 4600 rpm with the spec-u headers. It's a tuned extension of the headers to effectively make it a 6 into 2 into 1 system. That's why it takes so much work to fit the compound bends and still sit at or above the crossmember.

    I actually got a spec-u system after he discontinued them but I had already started mine so I ended up selling it. Good thing we installed it at my house because the drivers side o2 bungs were installed on the wrong side. Check it.

    I had to cut the pipe and rotate it inward so the o2's faced inward.

    Affirmative. + UCON sends what the ECU wants to see and ECU sends that out OBDII port to the smog techs computer.

    So technically, I could go with LT headers and not do cats and still be fine?

    If so, what sensors does this set up delete?

    Yes ... unless your smog laws require visual inspection. If so you will fail for not having cats.
    LTs don't delete the O2 sensors they just delete the cats.
    The UCON has O2 SIM feature built in so you don't throw a CEL.

    I've been on the fence going back and forth between the ratiotek kit sitting on my bench or the IPT upgrade. IPT apparently does the shift kit plus upgrades some of the sleeves that are prone to premature wear. I'm leaning toward IPT for longevity at this point.
