    yea all 3 games yesterday really, even Iran and the Saudis had some big chances to tie it up in their games....

    sad seeing news about certain Saudi players facing punishment back home due to their poor performance... it is even more sad that their king salmon would allow such a thing after he himself during the game sitting laughing and shaking hands with poutine after they conceded each of those 5 opening goals, sitting together in a box with the fifa president in-between the two, very classy for someone who thinks athletes should face government punishment for their performance makes me wonder if he thinks he would have done a better job.

    can't escape hypocrisy & politics in this sport...


    gotta say so far it has been a tournament of upsets, really has made the group stage more entertaining.
