    Morning All :hattip:
Nice day here. Going to try and get some grass cut today. Township was cutting tall grass on side of roads yesterday. It needed it real bad. Lot of deer this year and they have been active all day.

    Nice Pups.

    Ugh!!

It’s been Humid AF with no rain at the coast in weeks, but that might change this morning. Heavy showers justify t to the south, and clear as a bell north.

    Morning all

So I spent 2 hours waiting for the permit guy, he was late. When he showed up he started nitpicking every little detail that had nothing to do with my permits, wtf? We went back and forth a few times and he started in on a spelling error and why I didn't catch it and the plans need to be redrawn. I got mad and told him i dont know why the stupid architect didn't spell it correctly but what does that have to with the permits?
He then asked why did I hire that architect, I said I didn't, the first contractor did and I hate the architect.

He stopped and said, "so do I, let's get you your permits".

In an hour I was out of there.

He was playing some childish game with the architect at my expense.
But I wanted the permits so I bit my tounge.

    Idiots.

    Have a nice day

I give you a lot of respect for staying as calm as you are through all this bullshit. Now once you get your permits, do you have to worry about them expiring before the work is done.

    Good morning folks

...he has to get lost first to get there.

Stopping at the office, put "time" in for payroll then back out for another round of loading and hauling brush. This week I started my days at 0600 to accommodate the guy working with me who is coming in at 0630 instead of his usual 0830. Next week it's back to 0400 for me. About the last hour or 2 of the day the ac in those tractors is just not keeping up so I need to be headed back to town by then instead of filling the seats full of sweat. Just another adjustment people make during summer hours.

Happy Anniversary to the 2 of you!

Off work today and raining, it's a mess outside. Putzing around so far this morning even the dog is lazy today. Been thinking about a new shotgun for bird hunting, shot the new Browning Sweet 16 a couple of months ago at a sporting clays shoot and can't get it out of my head. Think a road trip to Black River Falls in Wi. may happen today. Moe's Hardware Store, cheapest Browning dealer in the Country. Long drive might just not do anything at all today either except laundry.
