265/70 Tires, truck is still new to me had it less than a month
(EDIT: decided I should upload some pics of my truck along with my introduction for you guys to check out)

hey Guys, I found this website about a week ago looking up some things for my Tacoma and fell in love so I just had to create an account lol I’m new to ALL of this.

I just bought my truck less than a month ago. I’ve always been a Chevy man owning a ‘95 Chevy Z71 with 6”skyjacker lift running 35” nitto mid grapplers with a lot of other customizations.

Unfortunately I had to sell about a year ago and just drove my girlfriends little Mazda 6 back and forth to work until I got another truck.
Anyways, I’ve always thought Tacoma’s looked sexy as hell and wanted one and when my chance came up to get one about 3 weeks ago I jumped on it.

I have a black 2003 (1st gens are the best) Toyota Tacoma prerunner sr5 ext cab With the 3.4L V6 & auto trans. Completely stock as far as I know other than the 265/70 tires I put on it, I think those are a little bigger than the stock size for these type of trucks right? Lol

I must say I am now a FAN of Tacoma’s they won my love from Chevy, I plan on keeping a taco for the rest of my life, the one I have now has a lil over 250k miles which is pretty high but it was taken care of regularly and not driven very hard (gotta love a older gentleman who knows his stuff) I plan on keeping up everything along with preventative maintenance and from what I’ve read on here it should easily go 3-400k+.

So if anyone has any questions I’ll be more than happy to answer em asbestos I can haha so thanks for having me guys! Looking forward to asking a lot of questions and answering some as well learning more about & comparing Tacoma’s! Cheers!

Wow! So many replies already! Lol thanks guys. Loving this site and my Toyota! Should’ve made the change from Chevy years ago haha I’m from North Carolina about 45 minutes away from Fayetteville & Lumberton, if anyone lives close by let me know or anyone have any questions about my truck feel free to ask
