Hoping to get more suggestions on my question. Thanks to those who helped earlier. I might be purchasing an '05 4x2 that already has the '09 Rav4 rims (18"). There are lower profile tires currently on the rims. What kind of tires can I put on the rims to give it a higer/taller/"beefier" look? The seller is suggesting 245x70x18 tires. Will that be good? I don't want to give the truck a lift or have it mess w/ the performance of the truck. Anything close to the Prerunner look would be ideal. TIA

Will look into it-why? Better look? Will it affect performance?

Not sure what the rim size is, that would be an indicator whether or not they'll fit, they should be fine if the rim is 7.5" or 8" wide.

Also, what kind of lift would that give me? And would the tires go "out" to fill the fender?

    I'm not sure, it is a 32" tall tire...maybe considered a 33
the width is fine, it's the height I am not sure of...then again it is a bigger wheel too

from the online tire size calculator

    FWIW I run the 265/70-16
