What scott said about the weber. I use to have a small camp charcoal grill I used. Modified it a bit where the charcoal went and would cook low and slow with wood coals. It worked pretty well.

 

What’s for breakfast Sunday?

 

Something quick and easy we gotta hit the rd. by mid morning. But if you're offering to cook for everyone I'll take my eggs over easy and some hash browns and bacon sound good as well.

Yeah I’ve done a few boils (lived three years in New Orleans) but never used a smoker. Maybe by the second annual Meat Meet I’ll be able to throw down...

 

You lived in NO and don't know how to smoke meat how do you not know how to make anduille sausage

 

I lived in an apartment, couldn’t have a grill.

Edit: and the andouille was always bought never made at home, but the red beans and rice and jambalaya...good Lord. Food was amazing down there.

 

I make a killer Gumbo and Jambalaya always seafood though screw that yard bird crap. Also red beans and rice is like my favorite cheap dinner!

Yard bird is meant for the grill or frying to me!

 

@themadzapflasher or @ovrlndkull what time will you guys bee there tomorrow? The water slide people texted me and said they want to set it up tomorrow evening. They said they'll let me know 30 m before arriving. I can post on here or text Skip their ETA

I'll be there early afternoon. Dan and @OCD 08 plan on being there by 1 I should be there shortly after that. I am not responsible if it gets tested that night though. Just text me when they are on there way.

I call right there to the Rt of the entrance we take behind the barns. Your the center of attention so yeah the middle would be perfect for you!

 

But nothing about the meat meet .

 

Negative ghost rider...you and Pat are the center of attention. I always park in a way that gives me the ability to leave when I want so the barn area does look good.
