I ditched the sway bar, 650# on FOX. I took them off my 1991 when I bought it and ran without them for 15+ years and lived to tell the tale.

A small handful of select mods.
Sway bar delete mod completed in 2009. Never looked back. Sway bar went to scrap years ago.

I'm not sure I would run without a sway bar on stock springs and shocks. The higher spring rate and better shocks definitely firm up. Even though it does get body lean it doesn't feel uncontrollable.

The squirrelly feeling could be caused by alignment just as easily as the spring rate on your shocks. Any idea what your caster numbers are?
