I bought the ********* box for the L5 speaker and installed it behind the rear driveside seat. Whenever I want to bump it, the speaker will hit up against the seat and sound like crap... How can i fix this??? ********* supposively designed the box so this wouldn't happen and im sure i installed it right.

There's 2 things you can do...you can remove the child safety hooks to make the box sit back more or you can try to remove the plastic pieces from the back of the seats. I never removed the child hooks so my seats don't go all the way down when I drop the rear seats. Try removing the plastic from the rear seats first.

If i do this it's just going to hit the wires and foam on the rear of the seat right? Then it will be the same problem..

It will defiantly let the sub flex more. To do it, you have to remove the rear seats and there should be some phillip screws back there (I think 4 total) and then you just push down on the plastic and it should come off. Hope this helps!
