Yeah. And to think he roughed working construction with me for 10 months. I think everything worked out well for him though.

I know the feeling,we’re working 12 on 2 off... but I still have 4 weeks vacation left. Can’t wait till Oct. and Nov.

 

I earn 8hrs of ETO each paycheck. I usually just save it up and cash it out

 

That'd be awesome. We just have our weighted average day in hrs by the end of the year as how our vacation days are paid the next year.

Good luck with that! I’ll leave this caveat, I found Production maintenance is harder on the body, I did it for 20years. I do hospital maintenance now. Easier on the bones, no OT, better pay, way better benefits!

Still in Colorado! Supposed to go back to work Tuesday night. We’ll see?
Went to Rocky Mountain National Park yesterday and drove the ridge road. Awesome views! Got a touch of Vertigo looking over the edge as I drove. It would be bad to leave the road in many places!

Good ones are very expensive! Whitney plasma/press go to $250,000 with volume discount. Good ones are still pricey. And cutting aluminum creates hydrogen. Kinda cool watching fire floating on top of the water.

 

He still has to insure it for replacement cost!
