Fun how? You're not driving a rally car, so if it's just leaning that's par for the course. But that said I have enough control that the tires will start to squeal before I get worried. BTW, I run Camburg UCA so my caster is slightly more relaxed than stock, but that's more about how stable it feels going straight.

Got a chuckle seeing this guy doing circles over the area (SE Aurora) this afternoon... it's an advertising banner for hail damage repair:

So my 4WD has gone out... AGAIN. I put a brand new actuator on the front diff at the beginning of the year. I did do some deep water crossings in Moab about a month ago. Maybe it ingested some water. I still have the old one so maybe between the two I can make a good one. Anyone else have this problem with their second gen? @thefatkid is this a common ongoing problem?

    What hasn't been modified?
When you replaced it did you change out the rubber hose?

Are the metal hard lines still there?

Did the rubber hose that runs from the hard line to breather grr replaced?

The only hose replaced was the vacuum line that came with the new actuator. I’ve gotta drop the front skid and investigate this weekend.

It is not common to loose 4wd/front differential actuators, though is does happen.

The little hose is actually a vent/breather. It should be connected to a short section of hard line on the differential that turns back to rubber hose and travels up the inner fender to just about the fuse box. Make sure that the hose makes it completely up there without any holes or kinks.

They actually don't, the way the building is laid out theres no ramps for the truck dock.

The stores in my neighborhood all have similar designs :(

I’m hoping it’s as simple as this. After the frame swap they may have fucked up the hose who knows. Frame swap was done in March and it’s been good til now. Maybe the rubber is rotted considering the truck has 210k on it.
