I missed that dividend yield, I just looked at the graphs. Are they really paying 10.58% dividends?! If I was retired and living off of the market I would park all of my money in there if the price stayed consistent (wouldn't even need growth), and that dividend payment was consistent.

Edit: Did some reading and see that it's a REIT.

I've been caught in the crossfire of two pump and dumps now. I think I'm just going to cut my losses and start going back to doing my own thing

I have been losing probably 1% a day for the last week or so. Sure hope it rebounds!

That is crazy. I guess if you don't sell, you aren't taking any losses. Hopefully it comes back up.

I'm going to hold for a year anyways, I think taxes on that will be 15% as opposed to whatever income tax bracket I am in. Options notwithstanding.

we are trucking right along into a yield curve inversion. We are only 34 BP away from being totally flat.

Sounds about right since a few different people have speculated about the next recession being in the 2020 timeframe and historically it’s take 2-3 years after an inversion for a recession to begin.

an actual trade war will kick it into high gear.. I can only hope all the hardline talk is to remove tariffs completely and allow completely free trade. If not, we are just playing proverbial "chicken" with multiple countries' economies, including ours.

^Agreed with the trade war bs... killing me this year. I had been doing so well for the last 3-4 years.
