Lol part of it wasn’t by choice but the last 10 lbs were. Goal is 200

Yea, that's my goal as well....about 20 lbs away from that goal....FML

 

As long as she isn't the first of those, I'm good with it

I’m 15 away now lol was 45

 

I am 3 pounds away from my goal and I feel like they have been the hardest to lose!

Kayak fishing like a mad man, way way way more protein intake. And lack of beer consumption.

 

25lbs is a huge fluctuation. mine can fluctuate maybe 5lbs in either direction of my average weight.

 

Amazing things happen when you cut alcohol out of your diet - no more empty calories.

 

also diet as far as what you eat doesn't matter for weight loss, it does matter for body composition though.

you can lose weight eating snickers, only thing that matters for weight gain/loss is "calories in vs calories burned"

 

you can still drink and lose weight, as long as you know how many calories you're drinking and account for it on food you eat.

 

As been said above plus portion control! That's how I've always managed to drop lbs. My mentality was/is whatever I think I want, cut it in half.
