Last ones I did were from there. They are just smaller (like 1/2-1/3 size) just look on HEB.com for a store with them in stock. That's how I found em last time

Im not sure if these are for sale to the public but these work great. Might be able to get one from Texas Facilites Commission, they sale to the public a lot of old state items. Good place if you need a beater truck/car, old fridges/freezers, office desks/chairs. They also sell confiscated items from the airport. Lots of snow globes.
