Lol, I've smashed 3 out of 4 flaps off already, and I don't do anything crazy off road. Only good thing is the hardware pops before any serious damage to the inner fenders etc.

    Yes.

If you're happy with the way your new truck drives though, then carry on - nothing to see here

If you find yourself looking at "power adders" such as CAI and especially an expensive catback exhaust - well OVtune is way more bang for less money (than the exhaust at least).

I don't begrudge anyone who adds those parts to their ride BTW, to each their own. Some buy them for the sounds they make, and aren't concerned with performance boosts/lack thereof.

Here we go with the :spending:

    Foozer,

I have a set of OEM mud flaps off of my Sport that you can have if you cover shipping. Not sure how much that'd be but if you're interested PM me and I can get a quote. I have 8k miles on my Sport and just took off the mud flaps a couple weekends ago. I don't offroad at all so they're practically brand new. As stated earlier in the thread by someone they are indeed extremely stiff and not flexible at all.

Edit: Bad ass truck you got there!

The headlight and the fog looks great!
Been thinking about those fog lights in yellow cover maybe.

    Looking sharp!
I went from a 1st gen to a F-150 and now fiiinaaally (6years) back in a 3rd Gen taco. Never liked the 2nd generation interior. Its uninviting and looks like Im inside a Matrix haha.

    Enjoy!

Thanks man! Yeah I loved my 2nd gen, but was ready for a change. The 3rd gen interior is definitely more up to date

Don't they come with mudflaps already? Every TRD Sport in my local dealership has a set of mudflaps.

Just ordered some rokblokz today, I'm going to see if I like those or not before getting oem ones.

5100s, rims, and KO2s go on Monday and then Wednesday skid plate, grille, fogs, tint, and exhaust!

    Pics to come

Very nice list of mods. IMO, get an OEM Roof Rack. I think they make the Tacoma look way better.

I must be in the minority around here.....I prefer a clean roofline......no racks, rails or light bars up there.
