I am ordering up some L track for my sides and top, what length did you guys go with for the roof? 12' or 8'?

This looks GREAT. Really finished nicely and blends in while still looking very clean.

Much better than some off white eggshell

Great idea/alternative to painting and looks badass! Did you do it all yourself?

Thanks man, and nope, paid a shop to do it. I have trouble just adding a damn sticker to the truck, let alone wrapping a camper! :D

There was someone at Expo west that had one displayed mounted on the side of a tacoma. I can't remember the vendor but it was the Alucab model Recovery Trax Side Folding Bracket/Table listed on this page. They didn't have it for sale yet but it was supposed to be available soon. I know that OK 4wd carries a lot of Alucab so they might have some info.

I feel ya! I have a friend that has a pseudo paint booth and have been talking to him about shooting my drifter. On the other hand the Aluminum looks good as is. But I like the thought of a replaceable vinyl wrap. Easy removal of pin stripping lol. Would you mind sharing what the approximate cost was?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Looks awesome all of these should be wrapped or color matched.

as detail oriented as Iggy is, the releasable wrap material would be a breeze. Would definitely be a nice option.

    I bought 3 of these:
Steadymate 15546 Series L Track Angled Surface Mount https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0026FCGFO?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

2 for the roof (holds my solar panels), and the 3rd I have cut in half on the side holding my maxtrax

I'm having a hard time envisioning this material you are suggesting. Do you have a link or photo?

Angle iron might be the better/more technical description.

Should have done this weeks ago. Reflectix cut to the shape of the rear window with 3/4 inch velcro to attach it.

Trying to help make the fridge a bit more efficient as well as allowing me to sleep in longer by cutting down on the light in the morning. I try and park facing east so that the wedge blocks the sun in the morning (+1 for not having a translucent roof) and maximizes the solar.
