    Replaced the stock alloys running winter tires with 4Runner Trail wheels and 265/70/17 Falken Wildpeaks. Used a new Dewalt DCF-899 impact driver to make the jobgo quicker. The results:

    Took it for a test drive. Slightly more road noise with the windows down. No vibrations up to 50 mph. Minimal rubbing on the front passenger side near full lock. Bending the small plastic shield in front of the tire took care of most of the rubbing. Getting the right clips to hold the mud flap back will take care of the rest of he rubbing.

    I say get what you like. I'm getting pros today and I could care less if they're popular. My wife hates fake bead locks so that limited my choices quite a bit. She wants our taco to look like a 4runner pro. :rofl:
