Hey, that was a BIG 14 year old.

    Two serious points now:

    No cutting.... ever.

And what did you seriously expect when you first saw the tape? A polite conversation?

Oh, third point. People are assholes, we will make fun of who and what we want. :D

    ^This.

While it was wrong to hit her... We don't have the whole story so it's hard to pass judgment.

The guy was totally wrong on two counts. Hitting a girl and hitting a kid. I don't care what she did or said, the guy needs to be arrested on assault charges. Total jerk. Gutless move. Just my 2 cents worth.

No- It's very easy to pass judgement. Hitting people who do something you don't like is a toddler reaction. Polite society can't condone a physical assault no matter what gets said.

Threatened his kids/made a "your mom" joke- Fine- Talk big and watch what happens when I call the cops. Or when you try to do something and then it's game on.

But that was a 14 year old girl and what appeared to be a grown adult. He's no man tho...I hope his kids realize was a d-bag he is. That was in no way shape or form okay on any level.

There was a case where a lady, in her 80's, got arrested for pushing a woman down. That lady broke her hip and died as a result. This is a WTF moment..!!

Far as I'm concerned. All 14 y/o's want to be treated like adults.

Fine...welcome to society in all it's hard knocks.

Second, within reason - respect your elders. They know where all the bodies are hidden and your punk ass is no exception.

Kids now a days have no respect because they haven't been taught that if you fuck up, the hammer will drop on you.

Sadly we're currently raising a generation of fucking pansy assed self important pricks who will be drinking and self medicating their asses into oblivion when they finally realize they aren't the center of the universe and really they're just a small insignificant drop in the bucket.

I agree with most of that. Even though you cant hear what was said, the guy should have never touched the girl. I think he was just showing his son how he treats women. Great role model.

I believe that being polite, respecting their elders and being courteous is dependent on the upbringing. If the parents are not inculcating these virtues into their kids the results will be just like in the video.

I came from the Philippines and we grew up and taught to obey, respect our elders, it does not have to be relatives. If the person is older than you you respect them and extend courtesy. However, this is a trait that seems to slowly vanish. I have friends that have kids that grew here in the US that are, unfortunately, ill-mannered. That is why some Asians nowadays, who in the olden days are known for their respectful and honorable manners, are now less respectful and rude.

I made sure my kids know how to be courteous and respectful. I do not tolerate rude behavior. Hitting a woman/girl is a no no in my book.

In the state of Arizona, that's Aggravated Assault, which is a Felony. Assaulting anyone who's under the age of 15 drastically increases the consequences...wish I was there.

What if she was giving shit to his child? Some teenager touched or started disrespecting my little girl...there's only a certain point before someone is getting taken down.

This happens in the wild too. Piss off the big daddy, expect a paw upside the head.

If she was giving shit to his child it is wrong, but every child eventually will get someone to talk "shit" to them. And treat them with disrespect, that's life. What if this girl was one of your girls and was talking shit and she got hit by this guy, what would you think about that? Little differently perhaps?

However hitting a girl is wrong, even more a teenager. And hitting anyone like this is not the way to conduct yourself if it is a boy or girl or adult, doesn't matter.
    We aren't wild animals.

I hope they find this guy and lock him up for many years.
