    My Grandfather on my mom's side died form Alzheimer's in 1982, seven years before I was born. He was only 61, but he had a great life! This included serving in the Army during WWII, marrying my grandma and having 4 daughters (including my mom), and a long and successful career with Exxon.

    Today, we went through his military stuff and some other cool trinkets!

    Here is some 1940s Chinese paper money...
