I regret going to 35s because I really wanted something bigger. You can definitely do it but it's a lot of work to get the clearance to stuff a 37. If you just running it on the street it's not as bad. I do have TC uca and lca, that does make difference too vs stock lca. I did a quickie write up on how I trimmed the fenders/flares of anyone is thinking about doing it. I researched but people were doing it differently and this seemed easier with better end result.

Measure from the black trim of the flare to how much you want to cut off. That way it's a consistent length. Mark it with an erasable marker in case you need to modify. I used a the quick change Dremel cut off wheels to cut the plastic. Leaving a couple millimeters from the cut line. A lot of people took off the flares and constantly complained about the clips so I left everything on the truck. I felt it made it a lot easier. After the flares were cut, I drew a line on the fender about an inch or so past the line on the flare

Then I took hd tin snips and cut back to that line. Most people cut it off completely but then struggle to find a way to secure a diy liner after it's cut off. So after I cut back to the line in strips I would bend the pieces at the line.

That way you have plenty of options to screw in a liner when you'redone and it's a lot easier than cutting it all off. Then the artwork comes in. IMO, a belt sander is the key to shaping the flare. It's a long enough sanding area to do a straight line when needed and the curved end of a belt sander is perfect for the corners. Takeyour time and sand to where you cut line is gone. I stopped many times and looked at it 10 foot away to make sure it was the way I wanted it.

No thread yet but I can throw something together on my build thread. It was pretty straight forward. I removed the plastic peice in the middle by the license plate and the two plate lights. If you have decent vinyl, you can really stretch it and re work it as many times as you need. Just need a blade, squeeg, and a torch.

Got done with my grill badge. Don't want to do another one anytime soon. Had to do alot by hand. What I couldn't cut off with saw, and I milled the stright lines then it was files. Drill welded studs. The stainless plate is 3/16 thick.

I split it behind the license plate to make it easier to install, which you’ll never be able to see. No splits for the curvature, just tedious... You can see in the one picture it has a few wrinkles initially, but decent vinyl is strong and workable, so it was pretty easy to stretch around, pulling in triangles if that makes sense...

First post! Replaced all 4 shocks and hardware to blistien 4600 and kyb. Forgot to align the LCA alignment cams. Great experience after I got it all back straight.

Yay no more chrome! Dipped the rear bumper to make due as I save for a high clearance and think it turned out great. Also installed @RedlineTuning QuickLift Plus kit, which is a gamechanger for a shorter guy like me lol plus it's just so satisfying to open & close it up with one hand..really awesome product (though I got a little drill happy on the passenger side oh well)

Took a mini road trip to Kings island in Ohio "4 hour drive" with some girls from nursing school. Got there in a little over half a tank, gonna have to divide how many gallons I put in to Miles traveled to see what I was averaging

Passenger side is done. Hopefully I can find another bolt for the steering knuckle one had a bad thread. No auto stores have it so I’m going to the farm store when it opens. If not I’m out of a truck for the week until I can get to the dealership.
