Would be all over it if I didn't drive blacktop so much. My daily, don't need or want it on my 50 mile commute each day. Soon as its not my daily that will be what goes on it.

The BFG KO2's are great for trucks, both on and off road!!!

Edit: before I got my commuter car, I drove the truck on my KO2's to and from Nashville ~100 miles a day without any issues. They are not loud and they are a 60K tire.

I get the Firestone for $460 for 4. Hard to beat that just to go to a KO2 that i could've popped on the same place as well through.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    :spy:

And they make the KO2 in load C in LT285/70-17. Only 51 lb. Not bad really.
Nitto and Falken have good all terrains p-metric tires (non-LT) 285/70-17 for less weight.

The picture of the creek has a giant softshell turtle in it, it's not the best, tried getting it as he was rocketing away from the trucks, but it was huge!

Speaking of tires... Does anyone have experience with what it takes to get 285/75-17 to fit?

That Overlook looks sweet, would have looked really good from the Drone with that sunset........ would have looked even better with two inflated tires

    I believe that’s closer or would be considered a 34. Most 4Runner guys run a 285/70/17 or a 255/80/17, which tend to weigh in as a 33.

    I could probably do that....

Do you think I'd prefer 33? I don't want to trim much... I'd be ok with the inside of the flairs but would like to keep them and the fenders. Some guys recommended a gear change.... But I'm not sure if that's necessary, or what benefit it would have.

33s will be enough. Plus it's a very common tire.... Cody blew both driver's side tried yesterday afternoon and we had to use one off sized tire.
