Lol, Oh man. I was ready to slit throats when I saw the size 9 Vans shoe marks on the top of the camper shell.

Its bright as f*ck. Nice for emergency situations when CA drivers dont pay attention to vehicles with their Hazards on. I've lost track of how many times I've used it now. Definitely a life saver especially at night.

Is that what you mainly use it for, just hazards on steroids? Is it all amber? Brand? This is the type of mod I could get behind.

Yeah, I usually stop to help people that could use a helping hand and big ass truck with a steel bumper to protect them from the occasional soccer Mom checking her emails while driving in the slow lane. All amber, The Traffic Advisor model is a Whelen TAL85 and the module that controls it is a Whelen TACTLD1. I have the module secured with velcro on the inside of my center console.

Yeah no kidding. Luckily I found a guy on EBay that had an enitre shipment of brand new ones and was selling them for $400 for both the TA and the module. Definitely worth it with how many times I've used it. #Gucciornothing

 I'm sure it's nice but damn I can find other things to spend that sorta money on. Maybe I'll do an Amazon special since I wouldn't use it as much.

I do enjoy stopping and helping others though. Around here, no one expects it so when I do, they seem blown away. One time this woman happened to get a flat tire right in front of my house. I had her pull in my driveway, and filled the spare with air and swapped it on in about 15 minutes. It's a good feeling.

edit: also around here people are fucking morons so I don't know when they need help or when they're just being dumb. Case in point: I went wheeling yesterday, and as I was exiting the highway, a woman was stopped at the stop sign and out of her car (middle of the road). I assumed something was wrong, but she was just taking her jacket off.....

Yeah dude the Amazon ones are plenty bright at night, I can't say how they work for during the day though. The dimensions on my TA are like 46.2" and the Prinsu is 47".. fits perfectly. And yeah I've stopped for people with their hazards on and they had already called AAA for a flat tire :facepalm:Some people aren't fortunate enough to have someone teach them how to change a tire.

Haha it's funny you mention that. My wife is going on some road trips this summer for her med school, so yesterday I thought it'd be in her best interest to teach her some roadside safety and how to change a flat in case she got one. It's a skill that literally anyone who drives should know.

I also couldn't help but notice your truck... Is it on a jack in that picture or is your camber a little off? :anonymous:

 I had the front end in the air earlier, and hadn't driven it yet when this pic was taken. So it looks all sorts of fucked.

Well, after 6 god fucking awful weeks of Summer online english class, I finally was able to get out for a weekend. The woman folk and some buddies all made a trip up to Bald Mountain and some other local trails. Fun times were had and skid plates were utilized lol
